.....that don't impress me much.....
Hiya I'm Kate, bassist and lead singer of Mannequin.
I'm 16, but still younger that Granny Tasha!! Ok so she's hitting me now!!
I play a Tanglewood Rebel 4k green/blue bass, and use a 60 watt Tanglewood bass amp...(oh it's matching how coincidental)! I am also the proud owner of the band's Yamaha MT400 4 track portastudio.
I organise all of the gigs because the rest of Mannequin can't be bother, which basically means they're scared to give out their phone numbers to scary people...so guess what! They give out mine... how rude!
I have a habit,according to my mates, of wearing very odd outfits on stage... I think they're perfectly normal but everyone disagrees with me.. I mean does a black sweater, cut down the middle and done up again with safty pins sound weird to you, or even silver boob tube?? OKAY I'm embarrising myself, I think I'll stop now! One last point before I totally humiliate myself.... I am know as the S.L.O.B of Mannequin...but I'm not going into what that means coz it's rude...now go away read Tasha's profile or something!!

Hey guys, well I'm Tasha the lead guitarist in Mannequin. I also do backing vocals but we won't go into that now will we!!
I am the balanced....sensible....Mannequin. Always the designated driver....yeah right! Ok so erm we leave the sensible, balanced thing to wigs! Now you can see why she does all of the organising... I couldn't organise a piss up in a brewery if I tried - okay so maybe I could make an exception for Nicci, Kate, P.P. Productions and the Studmuffin Crew.
Anyway back to some serious stuff!
I have to admit, funky chunes come floating right out of my amp when I play my new spankilisous white fender american strat, that's for sure!! he he he!!
We have a groovy little studio in St Peter Port, ok so it's my garage but studio soundz better, in which we "practice" every Sunday from 3 till 6!!

hi I'm Nicci, otherwise know as Nixta D, White Trash Mannequin and Contess De Vache ( you've seen "Let Them Eat Cake")
I play........a drum kit.....but I won't go into it coz that's irrelevant and boring ( I'm not trying to cover up that I have a poor drum kit of course!)
I have a daring sense of fashion and are associtaed with wearing kinkly low tops - did you really think it's the music attracts the crowd!?
I'd say that I'm a perfectionist when it comes to our music because.......... I'm a fussy cow...but my sister and I (my sister being Tasha,who is also my mother and my grannie, which is not genetically possible or plausible!!) have a great sense of humour, and laugh at...well....everything under the sun!
My hobbies are knitting, baking pies, drinking excessive amounts of alcohol and stamp collecting! I like all colourful things , fury animals, sexy men and the sound of music.
And..as you've noticed I suffer for verbal-crapititis!

Stage Stuff - well nicci usually uses the in-house kits (usually Pearl!).
example - this is a red pearl (from Mark Guillou's studio)
Other Stuff - A 5 piece black/white kit with the "Mannequin" logo on the bass skin, an assorment of pearl cymbals and a funky, purple tambourine! She has also got a cello which we use in "Power Of Goodbye - Madonna"!
